The mission of Smelt Sauna is to make sauna accessible to everyone – regardless of life situation, finances or where you live.

Smelt was born out of my own personal journey. In the middle of a period of ADHD diagnosis, postpartum depression and major life changes, I found peace in the heat of the sauna. It became my free space, a place where I could breathe, feel myself and regain balance - both physically and mentally.

I wanted to make that experience available to others. I believe that the sauna is not just a luxury, but a tool for well-being, presence and mental health. With Smelt, I want to inspire more people to create their own moments of calm - whether in the backyard, by the sea or out in nature.

It's not just about heat. It's about melting down, finding yourself and making room for what really matters.

Smelt is not just a product – it is a break, a respite and a reminder that tranquility should not be reserved for the few.
