The mission of Smelt Sauna is to make sauna accessible to everyone - regardless of life situation, finances or where you live.Smelt was born out of my own personal journey. In the midst of an ADHD diagnosis, postpartum depression and major life changes, I found peace in the warmth of the sauna. It became my sanctuary, a place where I could breathe, feel myself and regain balance - both physically and mentally.I wanted to make that experience available to others. I believe that sauna is not just a luxury, but a tool for wellness, presence and mental health. With Smelt, I want to inspire more people to create their own moments of calm - whether it's in the backyard, by the sea or out in nature. It's about melting down, finding yourself and making space for what really matters.Smelt isn't just a product - it's a break, a respite and a reminder that peace shouldn't be reserved for the few.
