About Smelt

Smelt is a Danish company specializing in sauna tents and related products. The company is headquartered on Bornholm. Our postal address is Strædet 4, 3770 Allinge. Order

When your order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation on your e-mail. In this confirmation you will find all information about the ordered products, prices, billing and delivery address.

If there are errors in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately at info@smeltsauna.dk.

Delivery

Our normal delivery time is 3-4 working days. ATTENTION! Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched the following Monday at the earliest.

If there should be delays in delivery without prior information about an extended delivery time, please contact us at info@smeltsauna.dk.

Prices

All prices in the webshop are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT. For purchases to other EU countries and outside the EU, prices are given excl. VAT For delivery to Norway and Great Britain, VAT/duty is added upon purchase.

We reserve the right to price changes as a result of supplier price changes, typos in price lists or incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.

Payment

We only deduct the payment from your account when your order is dispatched.

The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of DKK 300 or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly benefit on the last working day of each month. The number of monthly payments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each service is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flex service and the specific payment plan you have chosen. Remember that if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will accrue. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically be cancelled. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a consumer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the goods. As an additional service, we offer an additional 16-day right of withdrawal, which in total gives a 30-day right of withdrawal.

5.1 When exercising the right of cancellation

You must notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase. The message is sent to info@smeltsauna.dk with information about your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods are concerned.

The products must be returned to us immediately and no later than 30 days after the notification of cancellation.

You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery and condition of the item upon return. The goods must therefore be sent securely wrapped and in original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the product if it is returned in a used or damaged condition.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to

Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.

Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the commencement of the service without right of withdrawal.

Right of complaint

As a consumer, you have a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Swedish Purchase Act. This means that you can have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

The right of complaint covers errors and defects that were present when the product was delivered. Errors or damages caused by incorrect use, handling or general wear and tear are not covered by the right of complaint.

Product information

We reserve the right for any typing errors on the website and for out-of-stock products. We cannot guarantee that images on the website completely reflect the appearance of the products, as color deviations may occur depending on monitor settings and image quality.

Information about Cookies

According to the Danish Electronic Communications Act, visitors to a website must be informed about the use of cookies. Cookies are used to improve the functionality of the website and to provide access to certain functions.

By shopping at Smelt, you accept our personal data policy and the processing of your personal data. We protect your data and only collect the information necessary to process your order. We never pass on your data to third parties without a legal basis.

We store information such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history in order to handle your order and any questions.

10.2 Your rights

Insight: You have the right to be provided with the information we have registered about you.

Correction: You can ask us to update incorrect information at any time.

Deletion: You can request that your data be deleted, unless we are obliged to store it according to legislation (e.g. the Accounting Act).

We use standard technologies such as SSL/TLS to secure your data.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change the trading conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website. The changed conditions are considered accepted by continued use of the website.

Dispute and Choice of Law

In the event of disagreements that cannot be resolved amicably, you as a consumer can contact the Consumer Complaints Board via Forbrug.dk. If you live in another EU country, complaints can be lodged via the EU Commission's online platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Any disputes are settled in accordance with Danish law.
